Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a bowl, mix together breadcrumbs, salsa, cheese, herbs, oil and pepper.

Step 2

Lightly pat breadcrumb mixture onto chicken and bake on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet until chicken is cooked through, about 20 to 25 min.
