blue corn tortilla chips

Schneiders Grill'ems Original Smoked Sausages, thinly sliced

shredded mozzarella cheese
250 mL
3/4 cup
crumbled feta cheese

tomato, diced

green onions, finely chopped
2 tbsp
barbecue sauce

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lay half the tortilla chips on a parchment paper-lined large pizza pan or baking sheet. Arrange half the sausage, mozzarella cheese, feta cheese and tomato overtop. Add another layer of chips and remaining toppings.

Step 2

Bake 8 to 10 min. until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with green onion and drizzle with BBQ sauce to serve.

Tip

Serve with salsa, guacamole and sour cream.
