Directions

Step 1

In large bowl, whisk together olives, olive oil, vinegar, garlic and pepper. Let stand 10 min. for flavours to combine. Add lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, mint, feta and pita chips. Toss well.

Tip

Flavoured pita chips add texture and a satisfying crunch.
