Ingredients

breadcrumbs

shredded Canadian Cheddar Cheese Aged 5 Years

finely chopped fresh rosemary

honey Dijon dressing

bone-in fast-fry pork loin chops
1/4 tsp
each salt and pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat broiler. Combine bread crumbs, cheese and rosemary. Drizzle with honey Dijon dressing and mix.

Step 2

Heat oil in an oven-proof skillet set over medium-high heat. Season pork chops with salt and pepper; add to hot pan. Cook on one side for 2 min. or until golden. Remove pan from heat.

Step 3

Quickly press crumb mixture onto the uncooked side of each pork chop. Transfer to the centre rack of the oven and broil for 4 min. or until the crumb topping is golden and the chops are just slightly pink in the centre.

Tip

Serve these chops with mashed potatoes and applesauce for the ultimate comfort food experience
