Ingredients

1 can
coconut milk
400 mL
5 tbsp
Compliments Cocoa Powder
75 mL
5 tbsp
granulated sugar
75 mL
¼ tsp
Compliments Ground Cinnamon
1 mL
¼ tsp
Compliments Ground Cayenne Pepper
1 mL
Tajín Clásico Seasoning, for garnish (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Combine coconut milk with cocoa powder, sugar, cinnamon and cayenne in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring often, just until sugar dissolves, 2 to 3 mins.

Step 2

Pour into ice pop moulds. (Number of ice pops will depend on the size of your moulds.) Freeze until firm, preferably overnight.

Step 3

Remove chocolate ice pops from mould. Sprinkle lightly with Tajín, if desired. Serve immediately.

Tip

Tajín is a Mexican seasoning made with dried chili peppers, dehydrated lime and sea salt.
