Coulis mangue et goyave avec rhum

tige de menthe fraîche

Directions

Step 1

Faire fondre le beurre dans une petite poêle à feu moyen-vif. Ajouter les fraises et les faire sauter pendant 30 secondes. Ajouter les crêpes et les retourner délicatement pour les enrober de beurre. Verser la liqueur de banane et faire flamber immédiatement avec une allumette.

Step 2

Pour servir arroser de coulis à la mangue et garnir d'une tige de menthe.

Tip

Use caution: Do not lean over the pan as you light the liqueur. Do not carry the dish while flaming. This is best done away from your table or stove. Keep a large metal lid on hand to cover the dish in case your flambé gets out of hand.
