Ingredients

4 tasses
de haricots verts, lavés, parés
1 L
1/4 tasse
de Sauce pour mouillettes à saveur d’ail rôti et de parmesan
60 mL
4 c. à thé
d’Estragon frais, finement haché
20 mL

Directions

Step 1

Cuire les haricots dans une casserole remplie d’eau bouillante pendant environ 3 minutes ou jusqu’à ce qu’ils soient tendres.

Step 2

Faire chauffer la trempette pour pain sur feu moyen-vif dans une poêle pendant 2 minutes. Ajouter les haricots et mélanger jusqu’à ce qu’ils soient bien enrobés de sauce. Retirer la poêle du feu et parsemer le tout d’estragon. Servir et déguster.
