de cerises, dénoyautées et coupées en deux

de noix de pin, grillées

de menthe fraîche grossièrement hachée

de Vinaigre de cidre

de chacun : sel et poivre

Step 1

COMBINER dans un grand bol la salade de brocoli, les cerises, les noix de pin, les tranches de pomme et la menthe. Dans un petit bol, mélanger au fouet l’huile, le vinaigre, le miel, le sel et le poivre. Verser sur la salade et remuer.
