Ingredients

de légumes croquants mélangés hachés
(céleri, concombre, carotte, fenouil, chou, radis,
brocoli, chou-fleur, etc.)

de tomates raisins coupées en deux
250 mL
1 boîte
de pois chiches, égouttés et rincés
540 mL

de zaatar (facultatif)

Directions

Step 1

Mélanger au fouet le jus de citron, l’huile, le tahini, l’ail, le cumin et le sel. Mélanger la vinaigrette avec les légumes croquants, les tomates et les pois chiches.

Step 2

Saupoudrer la salade de zaatar, si désiré. Servir avec les triangles de pitas.

Tip

Substitute chickpeaswithlentils.
Add pinch of cayenne to dressing for a littlespice.
