Ingredients

baby spinach
1 L
½ cup
2% vanilla yogurt
125 mL
2 ½ cups
unsweetened almond beverage
625 mL
1 cup
frozen mango pieces
250 mL
1 cup
banana pieces
250 mL
½ cup
diced avocado
125 mL

Directions

Step 1

Puree spinach, yogurt and almond beverage in blender.

Step 2

Add mango, banana and avocado. Blend until smooth.

Tip

Substitute other non-dairy beverages, such as cashew or coconut, in place of almond.
